At present we sell our existing thermo electric power modules which have Aluminum flame sprayed  hot side contacts. These TEG power modules can be exposed to temperatures of 320°C (608°F) and are the highest temperature Thermoelectric power modules avaliable. The teg modules are lapped, so that every module is exactly the same thickness. This enables multiple power modules to be applied to the same surface. All having the same contact force when the plates are compressed for excellent assembly results and TEG power generation results in a electrical series configuration.

 -   All of our Thermoelectric Power Generation Modules come with hot side ceramic plate
     already attached as a floating plate on the hot side of the thermoelectric power module. Affixed with  high temperature RTV silicon seal
     and free floating to reduce the stress imposed by the Delta Temperature( DT) across each TEG module!

-   Custom cold side slitting is available ideal for multi-temperature cycling and
     reduces stress considerably on the module couples.
-   AIN ( Aluminum Nitride) ceramic hot side plates
