ASSEMBLY PARTS

- Aluminum plate sizes up to 12" x 22.5" x .25" thick, fly cut to RA-63 flatness.
- Belleville washers sized for 4-40 stainless steel and 6-32 stainless steel screws.
- Water sinks with RA-63 fly cut surface.
  We are in the process of receiving new water sinks that will be state of the art at transferring heat.
  Specifically designed for Thermal Electric power modules systems.  
 They will increase heat transfer efficiencies by a factor of 30 compared to our old water sinks.
  During testing we were able to remove 1000 watts of heat with a flow rate of just 1.5 liters/minute.
  Pressure of 12 to 15 PSI. This reduced our power to the pump by 36%. During our testing we had water enter
 the water sink at 8°C and leave at 16°C  
- Screws 4-40 and 6-32 stainless steel.
 -Additional CNC machining is available on request.
